DESCRIPCIÓN
Este documento describe ValueRAM de 1G x 64-bit (8GB) DDR3L-1600 CL11 SDRAM (DRAM síncrona), 2Rx8, bajo voltaje, módulo de memoria, basado en dieciséis 512M x 8-bit Componentes FBGA. El SPD está programado para el estándar JEDEC
tiempo de latencia DDR3-1600 de 11-11-11 a 1.35V o 1.5V. Este DIMM de 240 pines utiliza dedos de contacto dorados. El eléctrico y las especificaciones mecánicas son las siguientes:
